This place is lacking customer service and experienced cake designers. I feel like this was the cake designers first cake or my cake was rushed. Needless to say, I wont visit here again. I spent $90 on an 8 inch trash cake. No one at the party ate it because who likes whipped icing?!?! I ordered a Minecraft cake, 8 inch with buttercream and vanilla mousse filling simple squares as decor, and they couldnt get that right. I was told by a manager that since is hand made, its not going to be perfect. I draw perfect squares all day! She then adjusted the design with her bare hands- nasty!!! I ordered butter cream icing, got whipped as clearly seen in the pictures. Someone in email wanted to argue with me saying that it was buttercream. I know buttercream. The squares fell off the cake. I had to push them back on. This was the nastiest and ugliest cake Ive ever seen. The owner was supposed to contact me and never called. Ended up going to Walmart to get cupcakes and they were delicious. I will order my custom cakes from Walmart in the future as they are beautiful and much cheaper, the staff pays attention, and gives you what you order. Do not order a custom cake from here.

We ordered a dessert tray and a 9 inch carrot cake and oh wow were they delicious . This will be my go to every year for his birthday cake. It was ready on time and looked amazing. Best carrot cake we've ever had.

Highly recommend! The wedding cakes (vanilla and red velvet) were delicious. Delivery was on time. Professional and experienced. Great communication. Competitive pricing. They designed a bow with fabric I supplied, it was beautiful! Got so many compliments! Thank you! Would highly recommend!
