My alternator died and I was stuck. Called/text and Jamie responded quick, and it was after hours. He got me to his shop after hours and displayed amazing knowledge and competence in assessing the issues with my vehicle and fixing them as well. I really appreciated the level of transparency, care, and customer service I got. He communicated options for me to save money and receive the best quality for the price. I would highly recommend All Good Auto Care to anyone.

I bought my Equinox for repair due to it not stating 12/11/2023. They had my car until 12/26/2023. 3100.00 LATER & the car isn't repaired. I have so many issues with this experience. 1. They never called me to relay information or updates. We called them to get updates. 2. They had the car for 3 weeks , called me the day before CHRISTMAS to come pick it up. We came 12/26 the next day the shop was open and it's not fixed. The tech stated while we were picking it up we found another issue it won't start. THATS THE REASON WE TOOK THE CAR IN. The owner stated our car may blow up( I can't make this up) I have the audio. I brought my car to you to fix you charged me 3100 to fix a timing belt, oil change, oil pan removal and labor for my car still not to be fixed. I've had to get a rental while car was in shop. Only for me to still have to extend and take it to another shop and dish out more money. I would never recommend this place go anyone. I will be contacting the BBB. 3100 for my car still needing to be repaired. Waiting for ONSTAR as we speak because it cut off on 10/Dequindre while going home. *** YOU HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 3 weeks and the day I pick it up 12/26/2023 you tell me there other things wrong with it. A courtesy 373$ when the car STILL DOESNT RUN!!!!! I called you today when I left the shop and told you the car stopped! I left the repair shop with a worse condition car. Instead of taking ownership for it, your staying you should have had a crystal ball. Unprofessional! You have a machine I'm pretty sure that tells you what the issue is. You called me the day before Christmas telling me it was FIXED!!!!!!! No need to go back and forth, I'll legally handle all matters. & I simply would not recommend. To his other customers just beware. I can only explain my experience! I have all recording of the transaction & will post on social media.
