last year i came in here with a large check deposit WHICH THEY DID NO PROBLEM an then came in with the same type of deposi this year.. I am not on my hubbys account but i signed it over to him like i always do.... only to get there to have the rudest woman EVER! She must of been new.. bc i have never been handled with such... disrespect an lack of understanding. Mind u this money we NEEDED TO FEED OUR 3 CHILDREN AN PAY UTILITY BILLS not to mention my middles sons bday was coming.
SHe insisted i needed to b added to the account bc it was against their policy to deposit such amounts with out both partys being on the account. AGAINST POLICY MY ASS!
I went same day to 9mile an gratoit in eastpointe/warren an had no problem with our banking needs. I WILL NEVER GO TO 13 MILE AGAIN (an ive been banking there 3 yrs now) BANK OF AMERICA SHOULD B THANKFUL TO THE LADY @ 9 MILE LOCATION SHE KNOWS WHAT COSTUMERS SERVICE IS!
If u want to b TREATED LESS then go to this location but IF U WANT TRUE COSTUMER SERVICE GO TO 9 MILE.
