I spoke with Peter initially to get a quote for duct cleaning for my house to get a jump on some early cleaning. He was very informative and patient while explaining the process and costs involved. I made an appointment for the following day and the worker showed up on time. He was very polite and did a great job. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

James and his staff have been very helpful and professional regarding explaining the process and pricing. We had them out who assessed the layout of our duct work and did an awesome job, paying particular attention to detail, moving furniture, as needed, and I appreciated the extra help with my bedroom furniture! They did a maintenance treatment to our air duct system, as they already did twice in the past. They are very professional and sensitive and treat your home with a lot care, making sure no dirt is spread all over. The girl who organized my appointment was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The technicians contacted five minutes before to the scheduled appointment time. They arrived on schedule and greeted us with politeness and friendliness. I used them to clean my ducts, chimney, and dry vents all in one trip. They did an excellent job. Sal Air Duct Cleaning gets an A+ for timely, thorough, and friendly service. They will undoubtedly be used again in the future.
