Doug and his team have been great! He continues to educate us on new laws, products and rate changes as well as servicing our insurance needs for our home and auto.
After the tornado in 2021, Doug came over personally to assess the damages from 3 fallen trees and in less than 2 weeks, we had the full amount covered for the repairs. Other people I know waited up to 6 months to see their claims paid.

We have been very pleased since we made the switch to the Doug Browne insurance team. Doug personally met with us at our shop to compare what we had with our old policy and what he could offer us through Farm Bureau. It was hands down a far better policy than what we had. But the best part was it was way more affordable for extremely better coverage. And all it takes is a simple phone call or visit to their office and they'll great care of you.
