I had a really pleasant experience with Patrick. He was able to provide me with a competitive quote and I now have an actual agent to work with as opposed to a 1-800 #. The process was very streamlined and Patrick and the Conner Team made everything go so smoothly. I am definitely referring any friends and family members to this agency.

Not impressed since this agency took over from Levin. I needed a commercial policy quickly and at first, they were attentive. After some time, Dan became unresponsive and promised responses by certain dates and just blew them off. Stopped replying to my emails and ghosted so I moved on to a different agency. Then, 2 weeks later I start getting invoices for a policy they created after I told them to stop and ensure that I wasn't charged. Borderline fraud and terrible customer service.

I had the worst experience with this agency. They dropped the ball and left me hanging with out home insurance. One of the agents that I dealt with is Erin McMyn. I had to call her multiple times for updates and check if she found a replacement for my insurance at the time. I even called to talk to a manger, but, received a negative response from Ms. Conner (supposedly the managing director or owner). Bottom line, I am glad to have changed and AllState is going a great job for me.
