        I was recommended to this bank by a colleague. I was with another credit union for about 4 years and they did nothing for me. I did a refinance on my car and was with this bank for a month and got approved. I appreciate the prompt and expedient customer service from the branch consultant Mrs. Carolyn Voytovichapologies on this misspell of any. She is calm, patient and saw me through to the very end. Another plus with this bank is that the webinars conducted by Mr. Charles are awesome. I invited someone who isnt even a member to listen in and she invited her Mother. Mr. Charles is indeed a knowledgeable vice in the field of finance savings and investing. Thank you!
