Lume is the best dispensary around, hands down. I love their product, and its hard to beat their prices. Their customer service is amazing, the people are great, and they handle any issues you might have fairly and efficiently. I also live within the Walled Lake delivery area, and my delivery experience with them has been consistently awesome. The drivers are always very nice and professional. Now, in the interest of fairness, I have had bad experiences here. Dry and stale pre rolls, poorly trimmed bags, excessively old buds, and some rude employees. Now, in saying that, every mistake has been met with nothing but kindness and an openness to quickly and efficiently resolve the problem. And as for the rude employee(s), I chalk it up to everybody has bad days, people are people. Gotta give them a break. I am very particular about how I store my bud, so I usually trim anything i get again anyway, but sometimes it's pretty leafy. 50/50 latley that I have to trim my bags as opposed to just being particular. But I find it to be relaxing and oddly satisfying, so i dont mind. I've tried a lot of different places before I found my home with Lume. I'm a lifer, for sure.
