This bank is horrible. I was forced in by the merger and there is no staff. To open an account is over an hour and when you tell Lindsey you can do 2:30 thats the only time she would like to set an appointment. She is rude and doesnt care to even obtain the business. When I said I can leave you everything to work on and come back she said no I need you here for an hour or you can use another bank. Taking my accounts to Comerica

The lady that works at the office, an account manager, is the rudest and least helpful person you can find. She does not want to do her job, and so I recommend for her to find a job where shes happier. Some tellers are really nice, but that lady makes the place look bad. Multiple times visited this place, and its the same bad attitude.
