We have been a locally owned company since 2006. We started out in Vestaburg, Michigan where the owner, Doug, was born and raised. Noticing the needs of our customers, Doug decided to put a branch in Big Rapids. So in 2015 he did just that. With the help of the whole family, Freeman Propane has grown into a trusted company that strives to provide customers with not only great prices but great customer service. Vestaburg location and it's employees are a disgrace.
Came and took our family propane tank, in the winter and did not inform us prior, trespassed on private property, did not turn off the gas line, stole the regulator and took the propane tank from our property. Which we still had fuel in; That we payed for. Damaging trees/shrubs and tearing up our driveway. We contacted them and they refused to reimburse us for any of the fuel they stole, the regulator they stole or damages they caused.
Most disrespectful people out there ever .
