        Im only posting this because this lady doesnt need to work here anymore old rude hands shake I literally never have problems unless its this lady shes put money on the wrong loan twice now causing ME to be charged a late fee or its your card dont work or I cant do that but as soon as I ask to speak to Erica everything is just fine with no issues

        Love Genisys credit union best bank Ive ever used . Only problem I have is they need more branches atms because when traveling its hard to get cash without paying crazy atm fees.

        I don't have an account and for good reason every time I go there they do everything they can not to help me I needed a check cashed that I got from a man I have worked for for 10 years and they told me they need 2 forms of I'd I only have a passport and a debt card they said it was no good these banks literally want a blood sample to cash a check anymore I guess a passport is completely useless I thought it was the highest form of I'd banks literally do everything they can not to help you how can you trust people that are happy to turn yoy away i need that money to pay my rent now I'm getting evicted thank you genista credit union for helping my land lord me put my wife and 1 year old on the street if the customer write the check to me cant you just call and ask about the check what ridiculous policy needs 2 forms of picture that's genius credit union for you thanks for destroying my life and humiliating me
