        Young blonde girl working at the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Ordered an iced coffee and she gave it to me with no ice. I asked for one with ice and she gave us an attitude saying she can give us a cup with ice.. we asked for a new one with ice and she gives us a large. I walked inside to ask for a medium iced coffee since thats what we ordered, and she was talking about us to her coworker. She looked like she saw a ghost. My options were watered down coffee or warm coffee according to her. Super disappointed.

        I don't know why people wait in a 10-car line at 7am for coffee when it takes less than 5 minutes to walk in and get your order.

        Im only giving it a 4 star because I dont wanna be hateful, I just wanna get the word out to you guys. PLEASEEEE learn to make better iced capps. I live right by this Tim Hortons but I always skip it because your guys iced capps are too dark and bitter. Every once in a while Ill pop in hoping to give it another chance but it always ends up tasting bad. Please make it creamier and more favorable instead of dark and bitter!
