They called me 2 minutes after I had hung up with my insurance adjuster who told me they didnt have a provider to send out to remove a fallen tree limb. when I told them that my insurance company had conveyed, they werent available they said there must be some mistake and that they would be happy to come over and remove the limb without charging me any money out of pocket. when they showed up to do the work, they again verbally conveyed that no money would be paid out of pocket. A few weeks after the work was done they called me to collect money from out-of-pocket, demanding nearly $1200 payment in addition to the $2500 that my insurance company had already paid them.

Rainbow construction is a nightmare of a contractor who takes advantage of elderly. Did work through AAA for my 85 yr old mom and suggested replacing her siding at her own cost. All of their work inside and out was awful and took forever. I could write forever pointing out all of the things they damaged and horrible work but the worst is her siding is falling off piece by piece and they are now not answering her calls. After paying $17,000 out of pocket she is dealing with siding falling off her house piece by piece. DO NOT HIRE!!

Had the best experience. Had a ceiling repaired. Matt had contacted me at every turn about what was happening and when to expect someone to come out. Did a remarkable job.

The owner has a nasty attitude. I can write up a long review but I will leave it at that. Too many other contractors out there to act like this. Go elsewhere!!
