    I visited Verizon with a phone that wasnt working at all. Once at the store the customer service representative looked at me and said I think youre gonna have to call Verizon.. I panned the entire store and said? Call Verizon? I was totally under the impression that Im IN AN ACTUAL Verizon store? He walked directly into that one and got what he deserved. He also lost my business and any other business my colleagues, friends or family might have been interested in. Cmon man. Filter your responses before you make yourself look bad in public. Im not naming names.Mike Meloche. Okay I am. Its for the sake of the community.

    We had an appointment today at 12pm, no clue why they make you have an appointment when they dont even help you on your appointment time. Rayneshia checked us in at the door, let me start by saying if I could rate this store zero stars I would! Waited for 45 min after our 12pm appointment and still wasnt helped. Horrible experience, dont bother with this store. We walked out and received a text message that she cancelled our appointment. She couldnt be bothered to walk over and at least say werebacked up, itll be a few minutes. What happened to customer service? No one cares anymore, they just want to make the money but dont give a damn about helping people!

    After getting irate with phone support a representative at the store was able to print a shipping label for me. This took nearly three months. Follow up. Verizon heavily relies on their phone support system. The 585 number for this store only connects to the 800 service. Customer Service agents only read prompts and will not escalate a case. They say theyre handing you off to a supervisor, but just pass it to another support agent. On this last call a Supervisor hung up when after she miss read some dates. They now want me to pay $585.99. I initially picked up one business Internet device but didnt need it, when I tried to return I was referred to the 800 number. I was reassured of the 30 day trial and was talked into trying another device. Verizon would not send labels for nearly 3 months claiming errors on their end. In the meantime, one of the lines got disconnected and theyre claiming it was the users fault. Thank You for the Customer Service. I set up an appointment two days ago for today (3-14-24) and never received a confirmation call as indicated in an email from Verizon.

    First customer service person, who sold me the phones, was great. Then one of the new phones wouldn't authenticate so I went back to the store. The second customer service person informed me it was my fault because I didn't pay extra for icloud and told me I could pay them $30 to transfer my data. When I tried to return the phone, I was told I needed to pay a $50 restocking fee. I left, but then came back to close my account. When I said I was partly upset that they had not told me that the new iphone has a different charging mechanism, I was again told it was my fault - they can't tell me "every little thing" about a new phone (seems like there would have been time to mention that in the 3 hours it took them to sell me the phones) and if I "had a newer device" it would accept the charging cord. So I left and went to Best Buy, bought the cords, got a replacement phone by calling Verizon customer service, and will be switching to another carrier this weekend. 20 years of being a loyal customer to be told all of the issues are my fault. You're better off dealing with chat or phone than ever going into this location.
