When they 1st took over ownership of the Union, MI location, they sent a letter and instructions to login to the website. As clear as the instructions were, what wasn't clear, (or I didn't clearly understand), was that the information was to be entered as "proper". (Not all upper or lower case.)
I called the number on the letter, someone answered within a few rings and in under 90 seconds, I was in my account! Their claim to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is legitimate!
