This company cold calls people at home and bugs people about selling their house and continues to drone on about selling even after I said that I was not interested in selling. Then, continues to ask if my neighbors would consider selling (this after I ask him to take me off their call list)... So, I begin to ask them questions like what company & what location and the guy answers 2 questions & says not to continue to ask questions and rudely hangs up on me... What? Don't like me asking you questions after you call me at home bugging with a million questions!??? STOP COLD CALLING & BUGGING PEOPLE WITHOUT THEM ASKING YOU TO CALL THEM. Byeeeeee

Had an issue with my check that was cut for property taxes when we first bought our home. It was cut from their escrow account. Long story short, had some issues, called and left a voicemail for David Botsford, he called me back and called lapeer county and paid the taxes over the phone with a debit/credit card. He called me back to let me know it was taken care of. This all happened on my 30 minute lunch break! i was so pleased with how quick he handled the situation!

Sara Ston did a PHENOMENAL job in both helping us purchase a new home and selling our old home!
