        I dont think Ive gone to another spot in the past 2 yearsthey always take care of me to the point I sometimes dont need to order bc they remember me! Great customer service the girl with the little butterflys up her arm is cute too:)

        I bought a dozen donuts this morning. The quality was fine, but this is BY FAR the most expensive Tim Hortons in the area. They charged $18.99 for the donuts. A dozen donuts at the location at Dixie and Williams Lk is $13.89. It's only $12.95 at the Cass Lk location. It's a shame since this place is a mile from my house, but I won't be coming back. I love the canned response, "Please contact our guest care team." Why not just stop gouging your customers?
