        Great staff they are wonderful helpers, made the gift for my mother-in-law a Christmas miracle! When they didn't have the gift in her size on the rack I was assisted very fast & with a smile. She was much older than most the staff, warm hearted, she is super nice-just the sweetest, so accommodating. Even if they didn't have the item I would have still been so grateful for her help!

        I am new to Loft. I've ordered a few things online and really liked them and have appreciated the extended sizes - XXL and tall). I have visited the Somerset twice for returns/exchanges and have found the staff to be very sincere and attentive.
