The Troy team is fantastic! Every time I weigh in I am greeted by Anne and Noura with smiles of encouragement and supportive guidance. I look forward to visiting with them as much as I look forward to seeing the numbers on the scale become smaller. I am so thrilled to have found a program that is based on common sense and can be tailored to fit my lifestyle. Thanks MWLC for helping feel like myself again!

Its all great until you are a paid patient, paying for the weeks of the program, buying products needed to continue on the program. In other words spending thousands and thousands of dollars. The program works until you are taking the supplements. They promose you maintnace which you pay for separately and slowly start you on the regular meal plan but that doesnt really happen... The push for the sell of their product continues.
I encountered a few miscounts when I came to pick up my meal replacements/boxes. Those were fixed after speaking to the regional manager.
The most frustrating part is the lack of professionalism, lack of consistency when communicationg with a patient. There seem to be very little done when documenting tratment and plan going forward in the patient file. I received one thing verbally from the medical director in mid August and in Septmeber the medical staff said there are no specific info from the Medical Director recorded in my file that pertains to the conversation, the basic message is, you either pay or you cant see a doctor to continue on the prescription. I fill like I was locked in because obviously I want to contunue on the program and get into my goal weight so I will do what they say. Am I happy with the program, sure but it is not a medical clinic it is a bussiness that trys to get every dollar they can get from the patient.

Overall the program exceeded my expectations. The structure of the program (what to eat, in what quantities, and at what times) helped me a lot. Noura and Rania were always very positive and had a lot of good tips to maximize weight loss.

I started the diet on New Years Day 2022. By the end of April I had lost 45 pounds. I took a 2 month break from the diet and did not gain a pound back due to the advice given me by the clinic. I have now returned to lose the final 20-30 pounds. This program really works. All you have to do is follow the instructions. That's all there is to it. And it is not all that difficult. The clinic advisors are always there to guide you and encourage you. If you don't show up for appointments they will call you to make sure everything is ok. They really care. Special shout out to Maryann who has been so helpful in guiding me through this. Can't thank her enough.

The Medical Weight Loss staff at this facility are warm and supportive. They will work with you to overcome your obstacles in losing weight.
