Hired by City Wide to complete a James Hardie installation on a project they were contracted to do but could not complete themselves. Large 30 plus square project was completed with lots of additional work requested by the actual property owner along the way which we gladly did at no charge. Once the job was done, the owner of Citywide was not available for a walkthrough and to make a payment for over a month for various reasons. Now another month later he won't pay because of touch ups for caulk and nail heads. Citywide and it's owner just doesn't want to pay. CONTRACTORS BEWARE.

Had a tree fall on our house causing major damage. Brett and his team quickly got the hole tarped up to keep out the rain, then took care of all the repairs to get it back like new. FAST response and easy to work with!

I can't begin to describe how great an experience it has been working with Citywide. From start to finish, dealing with Citywide for our smoke damage insurance claim has been red carpet. The owner and employees went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They took a frustrating and inconvenient situation and made us feel like royalty. They helped walk us through the entire process, step by step, stayed in contact with us daily, and made a bad situation a lot better. Thank you, to Brett, Chris and the rest of the team. You guys are tops!
