Avi was super helpful in planning a trip for our family to a country in Central America. He listened closely to find out what kind of an experience we were hoping for, and then within just a day or two offered us a variety of options, along with recommendations, for both travel and accommodations. He was responsive, available and flexible, and went the extra mile to help us solve a couple of problems. His Spanish was also a huge help in finding options that we would have not otherwise known about, and in booking flights with a domestic airline. We would recommend him very highly.

Avi helped us plan and book our very complicated multi city Europe itinerary. He gave us well researched advice on planning our travel, and booked us at unbelievable prices. Kayak showed one long leg for $1500 and he booked it for $500 for the exact same flight!! He knows great tricks and info on getting the best deals for all airlines, even knows all the economy carriers and their ins and outs that are very country specific! He was also able to use our accrued miles, and advise on which credit card to use to get the best travel insurance. Avi understood our taste and requirement for hotel choices and booked us perfectly suited options. I was most impressed by how flexible he was to accommodate our schedule and frequent changes to our plans.
