Told me three hours, barely spoke English! Terrible service

Friendly on the phone. Thats all the good I can say. Also very quick/efficient with charging my credit card. Here the downside: initial ETA was 45 minutes to one hour. Ok. Now I am here since 2 hours and they just told me that itll take another 30 minutes. Other topic that seems strange: I asked for an invoice. Took me 3 calls and and hold time of 15-20 minutes to receive an invoice.

Worst service. Called and gave credit card info over the phone and said a truck was on the way and would take 45 mins. Someone else called 35 mins later to say the billing information was not correct and asked for new information. Sounded extremely fishy. We called a different place that did not ask for payment up front. The address for this business is in a strip mall with no sign. Use at best judgement.
