        Such a rude customer service! They wouldnt provide the additional information needed to switch to another provider. You will need to pay for additional data when the internet is slow. STAY AWAY!

        Customer service is rude and ignorant , not helpful at all ! They don't process payment on time than charging late fee ???? So unprofessional and embarrassing.

        As far as MVNOs go, Apela is not good. Their customer service is not helpful, and they ask condescending questions. *Please* choose another carrier. There are other MVNOs that provide better services for a better cost (Google Fi, Cricket, etc.).
