Ive had to rent a truck here to use for work twice. Both experiences were terrible.
First (April 2023)- location failed to provide receipt- sent to wrong email and spelled my name wrong so I was unable to get a receipt and was out over $100 out of pocket because I couldnt expense.
Second (today)- given nasty truck with 170k miles and very dirty. Admittedly, I drove off without documenting but still very poor that I was charged a cleaning fee for something I did not do. Rude employees also. They said it was full of dirt but in the entire short rental the truck was in paved areas.
Do not rent here!!! Very poorly managed location and service is so poor its laughable.

I dont know the guys name but he was really helpful and patient and not only that but the truck I rented unexpectedly had a dolly and protective coverings to move furniture, that was cool and was a good experience

The last time I ever go to ANY U-Haul: try to get propane at 6:30pm as its the only time I have available during their hours. I was greeted with a horrible attitude and eye roll, being lectured rudely about next time dont come after 6:30. Ill go spend my money elsewhere. No problem. Ill also rent my trucks, by my moving materials elsewhere.

Ok, there's nothing glamorous or even really desirable about renting a moving truck. But it can be easy, straightforward and quick.
U-Haul did that, including the pre-check in so the actual pick up goes quickly.
The folks here were polite, professional,and efficient, explaining everything that needed to explained without wasting my time. Got to love that.
When it came time to drop off that night, I rolled in 6 minutes before the cutoff. The guy working was smiling and pleasant, even happy to joke with me for a minute and inform me of how the rest of the process went.
I'd happily use this location again.
