Mike has been wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand where I was experiencing issues and pain (ankles) and then found the cause (weakness in other parts of my body). He set up a corrective exercise plan to address the cause and not just the area of complaint. Due to having to work on your weakest parts of your body, he also provided modified exercises to help me build up to some of the exercises. He not only modeled the exercises for me but then had me try them in the office to ensure I understood the movements. He then sent me home with equipment to use as well as emailed me a copy of the exercises that included visual directions. I am noticing a difference already and plan to continue to work with Mike.

I was suffering with lower back pain for a year, went to physical therapy for a month, and then Chiropractor for 2 months. Mike was able to do an evaluation, which determined it was actually my QL (Quadratus Lumborum) that was the issue. He went over some exercises with me, within one week of doing them daily I was substantially better! I've been to a few different PTs and Mike is the only one that has been effective. I highly suggest him for all things PT, especially if you're an athlete or very physical!

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and professional! I have been having shoulder pain for years and had NO IDEA it was actually a muscle inactivation issue. After a quick assessment, he was able to identify the issue, provide some quick and easy pre-workout warm-up exercises and stretches. For the first time in years I was able to shoulder press without pain! I highly recommend - you don't have to live in pain - he can help!!!

Start to finish, excellent experience! Mike helped me to understand what we were doing every step of the way. At the beginning I couldnt touch my toes. We didnt do any stretching, but he walked me through a handful of exercises and helped me understand the correct way to do them. At the end of the session, he asked me to touch my toes and like some kind of magic trick I reached right down and did it.
Very helpful and passionate about what he knows. Definitely recommend!!

I had a recent shoulder injury and mentioned it to Mike. Mike took time out away from his cardio session to give me knowledgeable advice on pin pointing the problem and offering a solution to the problem. I took his advice and within a few weeks the pain was gone! I would recommend Mike for any physical therapy needs.
