Dylan helped me sell my condo. Even though I thought that Id have a tough time selling it he assured me hed help me get it sold. The best part about the sale was the that it sold faster than I thought and even for a bit more money. Ive bought and sold a handful of homes and Dylan is by far the best Realtor Ive dealt with. I contacted Dylan Tanaka to help me sell my home. He was recommended by a friend that had worked with him on selling properties for him. He is the best realtor I've worked with and went over and above what I expected. He was very familiar with the area and found me a buyer within a week. I will be using Dylan to buy or sell my properties in the future. It was the quickest sale and easiest closing I've had to date.

I'm a real estate investor, who rehabs and flips houses. I highly recommend using Dylan as your realtor when listing a property. I've used a handful of other agents over the years but Dylan is the best agent I have worked with. He comes out to the property and does a walk through before I even start the renovation and tells me everything that buyers are looking for, what fixtures, accents and colors are really in demand. He also gives me very accurate numbers and projections for each neighborhood I fix and flip in. This saves me a bunch of time because I don't have to research what's "in style" or sort through a bunch of data on past sales. Dylan already knows this information because he's listing so many houses each year. He also knows the market so well because he spent many years as an investor himself. In my opinion, this makes him the best realtor out there, especially for other investors looking to get the most out of each sale.
