        ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I will tell ANYONE I know looking for PM, to call Ken. He is by far the most hands on, respectful and integrity driven PM I have ever dealt with. Ken took over my rental portfolio in the Detroit area from a previous PM, who really let it go. He has gone above and beyond what I expected and got my properties FULLY compliment with the cities and mostly importantly, has done it affordably. He is great with the tenants, always available for a call, provides amazing updates, his monthly statements are easy to read, his online investor portal is very detailed and easy to navigate. I honestly think my best real estate investing choice has been choosing Kiley Management. I was debating on selling prior to hiring ken, now, I love owning my properties.
