One of their workers in boulder ridge called the fire department on me for grilling just outside of my garage. I called premier and they told me no charcoal grills are allowed at all. Well that's not what the HOA rules say, they say it is okay 10ft from the building. Literally right from their website. The man on the phone from Premier told me they had talked to the fire chief that morning. I called the fire department and spoke to a fire inspector who confirmed that it was okay to use a charcoal grill 10ft from a multifamily building. I called back premier, he quoted fire code 307.1.1. Which simply confirms that charcoal grills are allowed for cooking. He also told me that we cannot "store a grill in the garage so basically they are not allowed" which makes absolutely no sense and is nowhere to be found in the rules either. They are just making up stuff at this point. Just a really tough look to see one of their workers inquisiting over a summer day bbq on a technicality which turned out to be wrong anyhow. Not to mention I was literally sitting in my chair watching it the whole time. Do better.

We co own a condo in rochester north Had our daughter and baby grandson staying there temporarily The gas hot water quit working in the cold month of December and we called them They made us wait three days to get a response By then we had taken matters in our own hands as they were non responsive They are awful If i could rate them at ZERO i would They are dirty, deal with shady others Beware

Premier Management has done a very poor job managing Spartan asphalt pavement company work. They've left the tenants in a lurch, without a road, no mail delivery or garbage removal for 2 months. No immediate resolution for ice covered dirt and half finished job.
