Sterling heights location discriminates my gender race and sexual orientation. No one was welcoming and I was bullied from the start. First it started with daily dirty boot prints on my seat and ended with them throwing their trash in the vehicle I was driving that day. When I asked the guy why he threw his trash in my truck the boss defended his actions and told me to get the F out and had asked me what I was going to do about it. This was at a public elementary school. I got out and yes, I told his boss that is in a higher position than him and HR what had happened. Worst work experience.

This company is holding my wife and I check because we decided to quit. Since we didnt want to work for 3 weeks without pay by waiting until the following pay period . Since we dont wish to return ; they gone pay us when they feel like it . This is the WORST company EVER . Dont believe me try it for yourself . You will see why they dont have any employees . Employers dont care about what bills need to be paid but rather overwork you with no paid. You think the pay is good just wait until you find out daily tasks are given. The Supervior Chris for Farmington district turn our hours in after the deadline. So we have to wait until the next pay period if not longer to be paid which isnt our fault. Nor should we be held accountable for a mistake on his end. Ive called HR several times and even went a step further to call the headquarters and nothing has been resolved. I shouldve never started working for this company when the previous supervisor quit right after I was hired in and it delayed my first day of work.

Run! Absolutely horrid management with zero organization and communication skills. They allow Arrogant administrators/teachers in schools to treat you like a less than and a whipped,beat down, abused animal. Way to many people giving orders or asking for things things to be added on. The supposed abm boss, administration,teachers etc. seen a co worker using drugs on school property “Adams high school” informed the boss and was told they have to make a decision. Hmmm maybe fire them for using drugs on school property lmao. Never have I been in such a segregated,hostile work environment. Some staff have the absolute worst attitude and believe they can speak and treat you anyway they please yet expect nothing but respect and excellence in return. Bottom line this entire experience was nothing but toxic.
