Dr. Anthony S. Youn, MD

I had surgery done in his office by another recommended surgeon who worked in his office. Shes beyond amazing at her craft and BEDSIDE MANNERS. Dr Deluca Pytell. Everyone asks me where I got my breasts done and I get compliments every time they are out. With that being said, I had a concern this morning and I called Youns office to see if I could do a follow up. I am not sure who is the young lady responsible to answer calls but she was so rude and dismissive of my concern. She called my phone to re ask me questions she already had answers too from the message I left to only say I need to contact her so then I asked for the phone number since I am concerned about my issues and she aggressively repeated herself about 4 times that dr Deluca Pytell no longer works there moved offices across the street? While I was trying to interrupt her since its a dire situation and I need to talk to doctor to make an appointment as soon as possible because I am going out of town in 9 days for a month. If this is the type of service Dr Youn offers its clients then Im glad I was referred to over the sweetest Dr who genuinely cares and hires staff who do as well. Drop the ego Youns Medical God bless you Update: I am aware why I need to contact my surgeon, that isnt why I posted this review but thanks for the extra information. I posted to this review to expose the customer service from his staff who answered the phone when I called his office (where I originally wanted my surgery from) I will not delete my review. Your staff and this response is still dismissive to your error of mistreatment and response to the initial question. Please dont assume I dont understand why I need to contact my surgeon, it was the way she delivered the message. She had no manners.

My experience with Dr. Youn has been phenomenal! He is extremely caring and attentive. Never once did I feel judged or like my care wasnt an utmost priority to him. I caught a very debilitating virus over Christmas (unrelated to surgery) and he was in contact and reaching out to me even on Christmas Day. Ive never met a more compassionate medical professional.

My procedure was in 2013. I highly recommend Dr Youn. I had a tummy tuck. Its holding great with no issues over 10 years later! I am 53 in the pic and the photo is circa 2021. Your physician search is over.
