        The customer service at this store, particularly framing, is very disappointing. Just seems like no one really knows what theyre doing - they have no idea if coupons can be applied to certain orders, if frame orders are ready, wait time when I call to check if orders are ready is very long, always tough to find someone to help at checkout, etc. The people helping always seem skittish and unfriendly And prices are hiked up so the discounts provided make it seem like youre getting an amazing deal, when in reality you can get these products other places for even less.
