        I ordered the bike for my wife. I got red flagged at the store which means i had to take a picture of my license and send it into peloton. I still got red flagged they said fraud. I went back and ordered it again no problems. My wife did not like the bike so i returned it. It took 2 months to get my refund back after talking to a call center 8 times in india. Only when i threatened legal action was my money refunded. If i could give zero stars i would. The worst customer service ever.
