This pharmacy always treats me as part of their family. Service is always friendly, courteous and reliable. If there's a problem they will find a solution or find someone who can. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The staff at Med Index are the absolute best! They are among the most respectful, professional, and skilled people I have ever met. They understand my needs and always treat me with nothing but kindness. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

Liars. Going to the pharmacy sucks in general. Any pharmacy. But this one takes the cake. Talk about feeling judged and just a plain burden when you need their services. Never ever again.

My review has changed over the 6 years we have spent every month driving to this pharmacy for my son's medication. May I add they are the only pharmacy in metro Detroit that will carry it. There were some hiccups a few years back. But things got back on track and I was pleased with the service and the changes they made - professionalism, COVID protocols, etc..... Well here we are 2024. 6 years later. My son has been waiting for his meds for 11 days. I was told the day the Rx was sent that it was not in stock and will be ready in 3-4 days. Ok. Well after 9 days I spoke with the doctor and requested we no longer need the medication. The pharmacist spoke with the doctor's office and told them it would be ready within a few days and they also lied to the doctor's office and said they spoke with me and gave me that information. When I called 9 days after the script was originally sent the pharmacist refused to speak to me. Here we are 11 days later and they're calling me telling me they still don't have the medication. All in all I understand the shortages that are going on in the country. But in the end these people are liars they are unprofessional and they take advantage of patients like my son and our money. Don't use this pharmacy there are plenty of others to choose from they don't deserve anyone's business. I am so so relieved to have let go of this place and move on and never ever have to walk through those doors again and get the attitude I've always gotten. I hate to do this, but I feel it needs to be done. Sorry, but I'm really not sorry. This pharmacy caused way too much anxiety and problems for my son. Good riddance.

Been with this Pharmacy for 4 years and now they stopped all my medications which is all mental health medicine they would say one thing and then turn around and do another and charge your insurance without you even knowing that they are double dipping that's why the FDA is cracking down on this Pharmacy I do not recommend to anybody and also their order and their medicine from across Seas cuz they're from Pakistan or from somewhere across Seas that are not even real sometimes
