Dr. Vishwanath was really great about explaining each test and why she was doing it. She was also super clear and thorough when going through the results. We chatted a lot during the exam, which made it more comfortable for me. Staff and tech were awesome, like really going above and beyond. I really appreciate all the precautions they are taking due to COVID.

Maryann was so helpful and helped me find 2 perfect pairs of eye glasses. I have a hard time find the right pair to match my face, but she helped me select two that made me highly satisfied. She was very patient and kind with. She provided me with the best customer service. The doctor and staff that took me back for my eye exam were wonderful and thorough, as well. The doctor didnt make me feel rushedC and I appreciated her for dilating my eyes and informing me on my eye condition and what to look out for- something the last doctor didnt do on my last visit. I will be returning to this location for all future exams and eye wear needs

Our visit started out rocky with the doctor. Im not sure if this one is for the right one. The Dr that was awesome is there 95 percent of the time. She did what was needed to rectify a bad situation. Along with Cathy the Manager who is fantastic. Cathy was a woman of her word and fixed all of our issues and it was no small fete.

The doctor I see at this location is truly a gem. This is the second or 3rd time I have had an annual eye exam with this doctor. I schedule online and look for availability with her. Dr. Bryla is kind and caring and very thorough in her examination and in explaining everything. The technology LensCrafters has is fantastic. Very up to date. I feel lost when my eyes have to be dilated, but LensCrafters has a machine that allows the doctor to see behind my eyes without having to dilate them. Their technology is top notch.
