Just a quick note. I currently have a family member in Troy and I've got to tell you the receptionists are great! :-) I was there again this past weekend and the receptions as always were so welcoming and friendly! In addition, a couple of the aides are also wonderful. Specifically Teara is my families favorite! My family member has said she is always helpful. Teara always has a smile on her face when I pass her in the hallway and says hello, even though she doesn't know me. My career is in hiring and staffing so I do know how tough it is to hire good people these days and I recognize and appreciate workers like Teara (and the receptionists).

First person that I came across with ones I arrived was Amy the concierge and because of her I stayed. Most of the nursing staff is very nice. Aga from Admissions, Jagjet the Aid is wonderful , Brain from Therapy and Jay the therapy Director is very good. I recommend this place for your rehab stay.

Amy is very sweet so is Aga with her so glad I got to meet them here at Optalis . I actually left this one rehab facility and came to Optalis troy the next day and that was the best choice . I can't believe how professional and friendly everyone is from the administrator to housekeeping staff. I would love to have a permanent place here but I don't qualify . I recommend Optalis Troy to everyone in need for rehab and other services. The food tasted like homemade to me. The facility is very clean and that's important.
