David is hands down the hardest working lender I know. He continuously educates himself, which in turn he educates local realtors and his clients. He makes the home buying process less stressful and more comfortable. I recommend him for anyone looking for a preferred lender! AND HE HAS THE BEST DAD JOKES!

David has been nothing short of amazing! He worked hard to find me the best possible rate & grant programs. He took his time explaining all aspects of the home buying process which was greatly appreciated as I am a first time home buyer. He made himself available even on late evenings & weekends to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to help us secure the home by calling the sellers agent to give them confidence that my offer was the offer they should accept! I would highly recommend him to any homebuyer, but especially first time home buyers as he makes the process simple & supports you the whole way through. I wouldnt have wanted to do this with any other mortgage broker! David is simply the best!
