        Great customer service! The lever on my 90 yo Moms chairlift went out on a Saturday. Never any problems with the chairlift in the five years shes had it. She loves it. These guys do not customarily offer service on weekends but they made an exception and happened to have the right part. She did have a remote that would have worked in a pinch but it did not come to that. Good to know about the remotes, just in case. Appreciate the belt and suspenders functionality. Additionally, the technician did a regular maintenance tuneup while he was there. Shout out for local companies who take awesome care of their customers! We are very grateful Adaptech rocks!

        Awesome company, quote to install/finish, Scott was very informative in helping us select a perfect stairlift for our mom, Richard's install was professional and informative as he explained how to use......thank you Adaptech!

        The installer did a great job really knew what he was doing. When he was done he explained every aspect of the stair chair lift. He cleaned up after he was done and couldn't tell that he was here.
