        Worst jimmy Johns location ever and unfortunately its the only one that delivers to my location. It never fails they have some excuse on why they wont deliver my food no matter what time of day we order. Sometimes I get a call, sometimes I dont. Sometimes I get a refund, sometimes I dont. I wont be surprised if this location closes permanently. They are barely open as it is. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the one on Woodward.

        Always closed when they are posted hours open. Sandwiches with mayo when we did find them open and ordered no mayo.

        Employees are downright lazy. Theres no nicer way to put it. Half the modifications you ask for never happen. How hard is it to read a ticket and cut a sandwich in half or add something? Youd think making a sandwich was difficult. Its pretty impressive how consistently terrible this location is. Going to give up and find another one to give my money to. Management needs to fire the lazy employees who cant count to five on their own.

        I came to this restaurant early in the day. The employees here were great. Except for the manager. He was very rude and aggressive with the employees. I have never been in an establishment where you could hear the manager cussing at the employees! I have eaten there many times but will not be back due to the manager! Maybe it would be a better place and the moral of the employees would be better if the manager wasnt such garbage!!
