I was measured at Nordstrom in November. Received the suit a month later which I was pleased with. Perfect fit, great looking suit. I will buy again and again.

This company is not customer friendly. I ordered a suit that fit horribly when it arrived. Their website does not clearly show how to use their fit guarantee and they don't respond to questions quickly. I'm upset at the company, but more upset at myself for having ordered a suit from an online company. ORDER #102620857

The indochino rep at this location has quit. I've received my custom suit (way too tight) and have been trying to schedule an appointment and only found out hearing from the other Nordstrom staff that there are no Indochino reps available. I've since reached out through their online customer service and they've been responsive while chatting, but absolutely no follow-up. Despite the promise of a well fit custom suit, you should either consider another option or be very patient and wait a very long time to get to the suit that you need.
