        I made a quick dash to the INC department at Macy's Somerset. I quickly found the items I wanted, but the tags were missing. I asked Elsa, the cashier, for assistance. She went above and beyond to help. Her friendly demeanor made my moment of frustration dissipate in an instant. Most of all, she was happy to help. It doesn't get any better than that!!!
