Excellent services.Very friendly and prompt. Love the services provided.Cosy environment and all COVID protocols followed. Very clean and well kept. Highly recommended. I know her since 20 yrs .Very good person and patient with every client .

Terrrible treatment and abusive. I had to get up and leave in tears before the facial began, it's how triggered I got. And she never stopped me or called back to apologise.
First two facials were fine. When I went for my next facial, she had a terrible attitude and was in a rush, mumbling complaints that were not valid. And without talking properly or making eye contact even, kept PRESSURING me hurry and take this off and wear that. If I asked a question about my skin and different type of facials, so I can decide what facial to pick, she got upset and said "it's all the same". Then started abusing and intimidating me that I didn't take off my bra and didn't put up my hair, etc.. I said sorry I forgot and began to fix it. She is standing right over me and pressuring me to be faster and then got upset and mumbling "did you forget, why are you so slow". TERRIBLE. If I wasn't so patient and accomodating, I would have left way before.
We go to a facial to relax, not be BULLIED AND TRIGGERRED.
Maybe not everyone had this experience. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe it requires an established relationship for her to be nice to you. BUT ITS STILL NOT RIGHT WHAT SHE DID TO ME.
I am not writing this review to say you shouldn't go there, everyone deserves to make a living. I am.writing this so we Indians don't encourage such behaviors and bad customer service.
We can do this by ensuring Meenu is properly scheduling appts with enough and appropriate time for the kind of service required.
We can ensure she is certified, sanitizes equipment, knows how to do a skin consultation before beggining a facial.
We can ensure clear and professional communication and being properly educated on products being used on the skin and how to maintain until next appt.
And most importantly, TIME & POLITENESS with customers. So she is not overscheduling.
We Indians tolerate overschedules because we ourselves have a habit to come in late and last minute.
Yes I called to schedule same day appt but I specifically asked if she has time. She said yes and scheduled me and didn't have time.
SORRY QUALITY ALWAYS WINS OVER QUANTITY.
