        My elderly neighbor got locked out. Technician said $55 for call and if he has to drill out grind lock it would be $200. He was able to get in but said he could not make a key for that handle, so offered to give us a different half handle and make her current key fit it. I remembered him saying something like $200. My neighbor paid him then he said $400. I feel like we were both taken advantage of. I suppose I should have refused to let her or myself pay them. Never use this company. I called customer service and got a very apathetic well have upper management look into it and that was it.
