Went in at 7:40pm when they closed at 8:00pm and they gladly helped me without rushing me. My fianc got my engagement ring from a chain jeweler whose repair time was 4+ weeks. Came to Troy Jeweler and the owner happily took my ring and told me hed have it done in a day or two. Beyond happy with the customer service and will definitely be coming back to get mine and future husbands wedding bands!

The best jeweler in town! Extremely nice people and family-owned business. I moved to Michigan from Georgia and I have a hard time trusting anyone with anything I care about. I needed a stone put back in my engagement ring and decided to go with Troy Jewelers. This was the best decision Ive made and Im officially a customer for life! Jacob was super nice when I took my ring in and Tony, who repaired it, did amazing! My ring looks brand new and very clean! Great service and reasonable pricing! Tony also took time to show me bands for my ring. Best of all, Tony assured me he will be able to create my fiancs dream wedding band and for that, I am forever grateful. Have been going to Troy Jewelers for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from there, whether it was already in the store or I had something custom made. Both Tony and Jacoub are exceptional and I can highly recommend them.

Visited this store about a month ago to get my ring resized, I was very happy with the service and turn around time. Very trustworthy and kind people.
