        Saw me coming to the door at and said they were closed 6.45pm. Closing is 7pm.

        I was a T-Mobile customer trying to get a better deal for my two lines and wifi. A representative from Xfinity at the Troy location I visited told me that if I switched, I could get internet service and two lines for just $90 per month, and would also receive a $200 gift card. It sounded like an amazing offer, so I cancelled my T-Mobile service and paid off my phone to switch to Xfinity. However, it turned out that the price and gift card were both lies. It has been almost a year and I still haven't received the gift card, and now I regret switching. If they try to sell you something look into everything before signing with them. NEVER AGAIN
