        I have been let down by Allstate main office and by you in getting information and letting me know about PIP papers and what my next premium would be without me calling you and Allstate a number of times.

        Second time my account has been overdrawn by Allstate after they withdrew unauthorized money from my account via automatic withdrawal. Bruce admits mistake but no refund issued. Now they moved due date up a week earlier and want to increase premium. No tickets, no accidents, no claims just a bunch of run around. Two and a half weeks later and still no refund! Do not know how Bruce Martin is getting five stars, he has not returned calls, very rude doesn't even thank you for your business. Go elsewhere if you like to be respected, heard and helped. Bad agent
