My husband and myself were worried about our transition to Medicare after his retirement but Jeff made it so easy. He was willing to come to our home to help us decide which plan was best for us after checking different options to see which best suit our needs. Since then he has been more than willing to answer any questions that have come up. He is quick to answer his phone or calls us back in a very timely fashion if he is unavailable when we call. I met Jeff over seven years ago when I was getting ready to retire. I needed assistance on getting insurance to cover me until I reached medicare age. He was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining everything for me to understand just what coverage I would be receiving and what I needed to do when I was at the age to be covered with Medicare. Anytime I called with questions he was there to answer them. I have referred him to friends and family and they have also been pleased with the service they received.
