Dr. Partha Nandi, MD FACP

I want to schedule an appointment for my mom but after reading the posts, the admin staff doesnt seem very reliable. A note to Dr, Nandi: you need to get a better staff and a strategic plan for best communication with patients and timeliness.

Enjoyed Dr Nandis knowledge and bedside manner, but was unsatisfied with the insistence on telemedicine visits versus in-person (post-Covid), long waits if you ever do get an in-person appointment, and extra long hold times calling the office.

For the record, I have been Dr. Nandi's patient for over 15 years. This review is for his office, as numerous other reviewers posted as well, its almost impossible to talk to person. My phone appointment was canceled by "system" without a record by whom. If you can see doctor he is great, but even the worlds best doctor is useless if you can not reach him.

I would give a 5 for Dr Nandi as a physician but the office and staff get a minus 20. I have been calling for over 3 weeks leaving messages and NOT one person has returned my phone messages. I am beyond fed up trying to speak with a human.
