Kapalua Floors

I've known Joe (the owner) of Kapalua Floors for a while. I knew I would need his services eventually. When we bought a new house, I knew it was the right time. We had carpeting throughout the first floor of our house, except for one room. Joe and his team matched the flooring in the room to fit throughout the first floor. They did an enormous amount in 3 days. They also brought another crew in to help finish the job on schedule, due to some unforeseen circumstances. The investment was well worth it, as it is a focal point to the first floor of our house. It still looks amazing almost 2 years later! I'd recommend Joe and his crews to anyone. These guys are the best. The salesperson was polite and very low pressure. He completely reviewed what they would do and the price was competitive. The work team showed up on time. They explained what they would do and gave me a timetable for the day. They stuck to that schedule. I recommend Kapalua Floors to anyone.

Kapalua floors is an outstanding floor company. Their work is flawless, their personnel trustworthy and top notch and their commitment to making the process as easy as possible is true testament to their professionalism. Rarely do you find a great service event that rivals the experience we had with Kapalua. I recommend them to anyone I know having new floors installed or existing floors refinished.

The entire experience having new wood floors installed along with tying the new in with the existing abused wood flooring through Kapalua in Troy, MI was fantastic. From the initial visit explaining our options and providing advise through the diligence and professionalism when the work was performed, there was never an issue and every question or concern was satisfied instantly. Out of town family recently visiting could not believe the transition and the fact that part of the flooring was the original floor. Great company and great staff!

Our hardwood was yellowed and worn. Joe and the Kapalua crew did an outstanding job of refinishing using a great product. That was a few years ago, and today the floors still look like the day the job was finished!
