Superb Flooring & Design

I couldn't possibly be any happier. The carpeting is beautiful! From Jim, the sales person, to Mario, the installer. Excellent job from start to finish. Mario and his assistant sure know their business. They got the installation done quickly and efficiently, all the way down to the clean up. Not to mention that they were very congenial. HIGHLY recommended!

Service was fine, however they had me order extra to ensure I was covered for scrap and then never let me return the unopened box they had me over-order (interesting since other houses are still being built in the sub and Im sure this can be used elsewhere). Quality so far is ok, granted just laid the flooring, but not very durable to normal wear and tear.

From sales, to install, to final product, Superb flooring was absolutely incredible. We unfortunately had a water issue in our basement that led to a need for new flooring, but with Superb our worries and stress were quickly relieved! It was incredibly reassuring to talk with experts who could help us find a floor for our homes needs that looks amazing, is durable, was cost effective, and will withstand the elements.
