        I would’ve given negative infinity stars if google had that option. I and my parents did our taxes two times from Kosta. The staff is very professional however Kosta is VERY VERY VERY RUDE. I contacted him asking some questions regarding my taxes and he replied like he was doing a favor for me by doing my taxes. While he was talking to me, I felt like he was looking down upon me. He was very unprofessional and very rude. Never going back to this agency ever again just because of him.
